Combined with our in-depth knowledge of market statistics, this method assures we market your property correctly so that your listing sells when you want for the price you deserve.

PHOTOGRAPHS, VIRTUAL TOURS, 3D WALKTHROUGHS, AND VIDEOS

Today's home buyers tell their agents which homes they want to see - usually judging by poor quality photos. It is absolutely vital that your online listing has high-impact photos to make a good first impression and create a desire to see more. We make it our goal to grow our social media channels like YouTube, in order to better serve our clients.

INTERNET MARKETING

We understand the power of social media, so we know that the more places your property is marketed, the more buyers see your property, the faster it will sell. We will market your listing in multiple places, including our MLS, website, home search portals, search engines, and social media sites.

OPEN HOUSES

We understand that open houses are a great opportunity to get exposure for your home. We will help you prepare your home for the open house. This gives us access to buyers and their agents face-to-face and allows us to negotiate a deal.

UNDER CONTRACT

Once your home is under contract, we stay in close communication with the buyer’s agent, keeping you updated on inspections, appraisals, and all steps in the process. We’ll let you know if anything is needed from you to keep the sale on track and coordinate with the title company to ensure everything moves smoothly toward closing.

INSPECTION

Once a buyer makes an offer, they may request a home inspection. You can accept or reject these requests, and if accepted, an inspector will review your property for any issues that could affect its value, such as roofing, electrical, or plumbing concerns. Preparing your home by keeping it clean and ensuring all systems are in good working order can help avoid surprises during the inspection.

APPRAISALS

When you receive an offer on your home, the buyer's lender may require an appraisal to determine the value of the property. If the appraised value comes in lower than the list price, it can affect the sale. We'll work with the appraiser to ensure a fair appraisal and guide you through any necessary negotiations.

CLOSING DAY

Closing day is when the sale of your home is finalized. You’ll bring any necessary documents, sign the required paperwork, and once the buyer’s lender funds the transaction, the sale is complete. You’ll receive your proceeds, minus any mortgage or fees. We’ll be with you every step of the way to ensure a smooth closing and answer any questions, so you can focus on the next chapter in your life.
