Shannon is a rock star! My friends referred her to us - they couldn’t say enough kind things about her. One sticks though, she’s one of the hardest working realtors in Vancouver that knows Salmon Creek! She helped us coordinate the sell of our condo in San Diego, CA (she found us an awesome realtor) and purchase a condo in Vancouver in the Salmon Creek area. My BFF and I trusted Shannon to be our eyes and ears! She made several videos of the condo for us (internet is a bit spotty in some areas) and sent them to us and called us later to go over them! How many realtors do you think do that? Not many that I know of! Shannon also has an awesome finance team that she works with. Together with Shannon and our San Diego realtor, we were able to close our sell in San Diego and purchase/close on our new condo in Salmon Creek the following day. My Family and I could not be happier with how Shannon handled the sale of my Mom and Dad’s home of 50 years and the purchase of their new Condo. Shannon understood how emotional this move was going to be for my parents and did everything on her end to make this as easy she could for them.
